Is it possible to retrieve data from the form that is not submitted?

Hello, 

we are using this for annual reviews and we had an employee who started her review, but the data is now lost.  We have the continue forms enabled.  Is there any way we can retrieve that info?

I don't see any submission there, and if the user can not see the prefilled form (from Continue later option) I'm afraid that we can not assist you. If the user used different Browser (or a different device) then the fields will not be filled.

I'm not sure what happened with your user, do you have any information?
