What separator between fields in the parenthesis of an AVG() function ?

When I click on avg() or avgNoZero() function, they do not include any separator as shown in several examples I found. Between the fields I added, I tried the period (.), a comma (typing ,) and also no separator at all... No success.

It seems your calculation tool do an "eval()" (if you're a developer, you will understand) of the formula's string. So, the comma seems to me the best candidate but it's absent from the little keyboard.

    Help welcome. Thanks,

    Gilles from France

You can use comma in order to separate the values in the function. However, if the comma is displayed in Grey color, it is considered as String and the function might not work. Please see the screenshot below:

You can just click on the Grey colored comma to change it to black as other commas are displayed above that works with the function.

Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.

    Thanks, it works, great !

    The average is correct.

Then I would get an integer between 0 and 20... BUT, completing my calculation, the formula :

    round ( avgNoZero ( FIELD_1 , FIELD_2 ) * 20 )

will result in the following insane string :

    What's the matter ?

Note that all the questions will have only one good answer with a value of 1. So the calculation to get a french typical evaluation between 0 and 20.
