you were kind enough to merge two accounts for us, but when i try to access photos in submissions that were transferred over i can no longer access them--this is a significant problem--can you please amend so the links to the pictures files do in fact become active again

Your account is in good status and it is under the Bronze plan subscription.
May I ask what is the form ID or form link? Also, is this happening to all submissions? If only one submission, could you please provide the submission ID?
