Usually emails bounce when the receiving email provider rejects incoming mail.
You can prevent this:
Or as a permanent solution you could use your own SMTP server (instead of sending via firstname.lastname@example.org)
Moreover, I checked the bounce list:
email@example.com is NOT in the bounce list
firstname.lastname@example.org is NOT in the unsubscribe list
