I tested my form on my phone not recording?

    The last 3 I tried recording from my phone did not save the recordings?

     

    Any suggestions?

    Could you please let us know the phone type you used for testing this form? Also, did you experience any error while you were testing?

    I got it to work with firefox on my andriod, but it does not work on my
    assistants iphone?
    Any suggestions?

    Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do, this is common issue in mobile browsers. Your may read a recent answer given by our widgets developers: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1150265-Voice-Recorder-Widget-doesn-t-record-on-mobile-devices 

    "Some browsers does not support WebRTC nor Flash and the widget is relying on these two. If a WebRTC is not available, it will automatically fallback to Flash and if flash is also not available you won't be able to use the widget. Bear in mind that some browsers on the mobile device does not support WebRTC yet and Flash."
