How is the spreadsheet formatted when data from JotForms is integrated into Google Sheets?

I activated the Google Sheets integration to pull form data from the JotForm, but the sheet is formatted in such a way that one submission takes up several rows with a lot of blank space...how are these spreadsheets formatted between JotForm and Google Sheets? The way it syncs the data seems like it could defeat the purpose of the ease of data transfer. Do you have any recommendations?
