Is it possible to set up a form so that the field names on the form differ from the field names on the spreadsheet?

For example, we have a form where one field is called "Cell Phone" but we want to generate a spreadsheet where this column is called "SMS". (Our spreadsheet will be uploaded to a system that has field names (column heads in Excel) that differ from what we want a user to see when completing our form.

Unfortunately, we do not have such option.

It is safe to change the column names on downloaded Excel files, but it is not recommended for live Google Spreadsheet integrations.
