How do I ensure or track the confirmation emails being sent from jotform?

    Hello,

    We typically get email notifications to our company email and to the person who submitted the form, for a variety of our forms. However, we recently had submissions that appear in Jotform, but there was no notification to us or the submitter. How do I manage this email communication within your system?
