Is it possible to track failed integration?

    Hi,

I would like to have an advice in regard to integration between Jot Form. I sent a request to Zapier too.

An important, let me say fundamental, features when we talk about integration about processes is "how the system manage the processes that failed".

For example, I embedded the jotform form icode n a zendesk help centre, then the customer submit a request  and the process fail for a technical reason (e.g. jotform services are down or maybe zapier integration is off for any reason when the customer submit the form).

How can I resubmit the request from Jotform? Is there any report that show the processes that failed?

    Thank you for your help.

    Hello drewmck,

the process fail for a technical reason (e.g. jotform services are down or maybe zapier integration is off for any reason when the customer submit the form).

In case if JotForm services are down which is very unlikely but if JotForm service is down, users will not be able to submit form and the submission will not be successful. In this case, users will have to resubmit form.

In scenario where Zapier services are down and JotForm services are not, users will be able to submit form successfully and the data will be captured in form's submission page. Please note that if any integration fails, unfortunately there is no error log / reports available to track the integration failure.

Is this what you wanted to ask? If you want, I can create a feature request ticket and forward it to our backend team.

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!
