We were subscribed to be premium but now it shows that we are not... can you tell me what happened?

You should have recieved a notification in your inbox for rw***@dyn****esports.com
Your account was downgraded due to a failure to charge your credit card. However you can go ahead and re-upgrade, make sure you have a valid payment method
