How can I access archived forms?

In trying to make sure my notifications were being sent to the

right address I archived two of my forms.  Now I can't see them

and want to get them back.   Are my five forms which I

moved to my website available to edit and how can I make

sure that my email address is set up correctly

Archived forms will be in the "Archive" folder in the My Forms section of your account:

You can modify archived forms and restore them back to active status from there.
