    PayPal: It is not redirecting to payment page even when products were selected.

    Hello, 

    I am selecting items in my shopping cart and it's taking me to a page where it says "refresh page" and not to Paypal to check out.  Can you look at my "Explore Academy Online Store" to see what the issue might be?

    I have checked your form and cloned it as well, I was able to replicate the issue with both forms, I have only deleted some products and I was able to get the integration working fine. 

    I can see all your products have the same options so I'm not sure if this is related to the number of products and options they have; however, I will forward the thread to our second level so our developers can further investigate the issue. 

    If possible, you may try deleting the payment field, close the form and refresh the page, and add the payment integration as well as products again, you could try it on a cloned form just to see if that works. 

    We will also let you know as soon as we get any update about this thread.

    It’s not possible to remove the Paypal integration without removing all of
    the products, and there are lots of products so I’m trying to avoid that
    step if possible.

    Please note that removing the PayPal integration and then re-adding it, won't remove all your products. I have just did that on a clone of your form: https://form.jotformpro.com/71675153242959

    How do you do it? The integration option is grayed out and I can't
    deselect it

    Here is how to remove Payment integration from the form:

    1) Click the payment field in the form,

    2) Click red remove button on the right hand side:

    The issue is still assigned to our colleague from the backend team. Unfortunately, we don't have any updates at this time. But we'll certainly inform you once we have more information.
