I have not had any emails from myt forms in the past 2 days.
I have looked in the jotform online inbox and there are several forms completed.
Can you help please?

This usually occurs when your email provider rejects the incoming mail from us (firstname.lastname@example.org)

Moreover, I checked the bounce list and found you are not on it:
email@example.com is NOT in the bounce list
firstname.lastname@example.org is NOT in the unsubscribe list
