    Trying to create a listing

Asked by stuball on July 30, 2012 at 10:35 PM

I'm trying to create a real estate form like the one shown in the screen shot.

I'd like it to look like the attached real estate sign in sheet and want to be able to edit here on the local computer (daily) and upload it to jotform and display it at http://sbw1945.wix.com/ocean-hills-realty#!__blank-age-for-listing-import  (still in the process of being built.

    Thanks
    Stu

    Hi Stu,

I am not sure if you included a form screenshot in your post.. because it did not show.

The only image shown was the spreadsheet sheet.

Can you try reposting that form screenshot if there is?

Also, can you confirm that what you wanted to do is to display the form result/report (excel or grid listing) in the listing page?

    Will await your update.

    Thanks.

Yes this is the excel spreadsheet from where the data to upload will come from.

I'l like the JotForm to look llike this.  I want ot upload the spreadsheet and have the jotform look like this, and then insert it into my webpage at http://sbw1945.wix.com/ocean-hills-realty#!__blank-age-for-listing-import

    Hi,

I think there must be a misconception somewhere... because you cannot really use the excel spreadsheet to load data into your JotForm form. Is this what you were trying to do?

You can publish the jotform report/results into a web page though... like to this demo page. This demo page contains the feedback form and its results.

    Will await your update.

    Thanks.

I'm not sure I understand.  How can I use the spreadsheet to have it appear on my website?

    Hi,

The first thing to do is use this guide to Generate Report out of your form.

Then, get the URL of that report in order to 'share' it on your website (This is step# 7 of the guide)

Once you have the URL you can then embed the report in your website page.

See also this thread that describe similar requirement.

Here is another sample form where I have the spreadsheet report published on the same page.

Please inform us if you still require further assistance.

    Thanks.
