ZOHO CRM - Integration issue

    I have ZOHO CRM integrations. I have created all the fields to match what I have with JotForm.

    However, the integration window does not show all the form fields to match with ZOHO.

    Help is appreciated immensely.

    NOTE: The attached screen shots are combined from 2 images to show what I am seeing. FYI

    Base on my observation, the slash "/" on your field title could be the reason why the said field doesn't show up on the zoho integration window. Probably this breaks the title to show up. Can you please try to remove "/" on "Arrival Aiport/City" title, save your form, refresh the page and re-integrate your form with zoho. That might solve the problem.
