Auto suspend account

    Why was my account suspended? Without any warning e-mail atendimento@silvavertical.com.br

    Your account got automatically suspended by our anti-phishing filter tool. 

    Upon investigating your form, I have noticed that the form (http://www.jotformz.com/form/71648344292663) is asking for a "Password". As per our terms of use, collecting sensitive information is not allowed here in JotForm.

    To activate your account back in good status, we need to delete the guilty fields or delete the form. 

    We'll wait for your response. Thank you.

    Okay you can delete the field asking for password,
