I'm at the pricing page, however there is no link to click.
How do I add my new credit card info?

I would suggest to clear your browsers cache first then re-login your account to JotForm. Visit our Pricing Page again, you should be able to see two upgrade buttons for Premium and Professional plan. Check this screen:
