I'm not sure I understood your question properly. Did you mean when you share your Form URL with someone, you don't want it to show our domain (jotform.com)?

If so, you have 3 options to choose from:
1. Use a Custom URL - This will still sit on the jotform.com domain but will not have the Form ID on the URL. Instead, it will bear your username, along with your custom URL.

2. If you host your own website, add a CNAME record which points to custom.jotform2.com with your domain or subdomain.

3. Or, just embed the form to a page on your website and send the page URL to your users instead of the Form URL.
