How to setup Custom Domains with my form?

Asked by chediski on June 17, 2017 at 06:29 PM
Also, when sending someone an email link, is there another name other than jotform that can be used for the form address? Just curious about that one. Thank you.

I'm not sure I understood your question properly. Did you mean when you share your Form URL with someone, you don't want it to show our domain (jotform.com)?

If so, you have 3 options to choose from:

    1. Use a Custom URL - This will still sit on the jotform.com domain but will not have the Form ID on the URL. Instead, it will bear your username, along with your custom URL.

    2. If you host your own website, add a CNAME record which points to custom.jotform2.com with your domain or subdomain.

    3. Or, just embed the form to a page on your website and send the page URL to your users instead of the Form URL.
