Need additional assistance with custom thank you page guide

    Hello, 

     

    I received the link below from your customer support and we are in need of additional assistance on #4 of the instructions. 

     

    Is it possible to be contacted over the phone? It would be much easier to obtain assistance over the phone. Please call my cell if possible at 301-503-8853. 

     

    This is an urgent matter that needs to be solutioned ASAP as it pertains to a large conference our organization is hosting over the next few days.

    If my understanding is correct, the #4 instruction you were referring to was the one from the user guide: Create-a-Custom-Thank-you-page-with-Auto-redirect

    We apologize for the confusion. The guide is not updated.

    There is no SAVE option anymore in the Form Builder. So #4 in that user guide should not be included anymore because the current version of the Form Builder always auto saves changes done on the form.

    I have fixed the guide and remove step #4 already.

    Hi Jonathan,
    Thank you for the quick reply. The question I had about #4 is still
    included in the language on the link you provided. The #4 I am asking about
    is in regard to the instruction that references: 4. Upload this file to
    your server.
    What server is this referring to? And how do I upload it?
    Would it be possible for you to go into my form and set this up for me?
    I
    want the custom thank you page so that the thank you page will pop up for
    about 5 seconds after the person has clicked submit and then it will
    redirect back to the beginning of the form.

    I appreciate your help. Let me know if you are able to provide further
    instructions or if you could possibly set this up for me. I do have one
    other form that I will need to apply this to.
