    If I go over the free 100-response allotment before upgrading, will I lose submissions?

    I'm interested in using JotForm, but am concerned about the possiblity of receiving more than 100 submissions in one month. If I use a free version of the form, and if that form is submitted more than 100 times before I pay to upgrade, will I lose those extra entries? Or, will I be able to see all of the 100+ entries when I pay to upgrade?

    Hi;

    If you go beyond the allocated quota allocation of 100 for Free account, your account will be on Overlimit and your forms will therefore be disabled. Hence, you will no longer receive any new form submissions thereafter but the already received submissions will not be affected.

    The first option to solve  this is to wait for the first day of the following month i.e August when your account will be reset automatically to zero.

    The other option since you seem to be recieving more submissions, you need to upgrade your account to Premium or Professional accounts. You can take advantage of our discounted prices by choosing our yearly or bi-yearly payment mode.
