there's a further question to bother you.
On the Bank Transfer details on the text tool, there's this issue that this variable is not working on my site. But it's strange as it works in the Preview Form -- the total amount display just fine.

I cloned your form to test this out but failed to see the same issue you showed on your screenshot. Here's how it looked like from my perspective:
I purposely displayed the Total Amount calculation field for testing reasons. You'd see that the value was passed properly to the Text Field.
Is there anything specific we need to do on your form, say, which fields need to be filled out and how to fill them out, in order to reproduce this? If so, kindly let us know so we can do more tests.
Alternatively, you may also try embedding the form using the iFrame embed codes, as opposed to using the default <script> embed method to see if that will help.

it's strange indeed, because the preview works just fine for me, too.
I also tried switched the browser from Chrome to Firefox, but it didn't work either.

Have you tried it directly on the form ?

I have checked the form from your website and I am able to see the issue you described.
However, I tested your form from its direct link and it seems to be working as expected.
With this findings, we can only assume that there might be a conflict between your form's script and the script on your website.
I see that on your website you have used the form's embed script.
May we ask you try to embed your form using its iframe code please and see if that would make any difference?

I didn't get get the latest email notification for this latest reply, or it might slip through the pile of emails.
Anyway, just follow your advise by using ifrom instead, and it works just fine now.
