Yes, the option to remove the JotForm branding becomes available when you purchase any plan. You just have to go to your account settings after upgrading: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings

Do you have any per-form pricing options? I'm not interested in paying that much money to remove 1 logo on 1 form.

Please refer also to the JotForm Pricing page for details of the different subscription packages.
I think there is a misunderstanding about the paid subscription options. Please take note that the JotForm branding is not per form feature.
If you subscribe for the paid plan, you will be able to remove the JotForm branding on your account itself. Meaning on all your forms.

I understand that you would like to have a per Form payment option since you only need one form, however, it is not available in JotForm. Free Plans can have free 5 forms to be created in their account. Moreover, JotForm pricing is base on the features that is listed on the JotForm's Pricing Page. I'm sorry to inform you but the only way to remove the JotForm branding is to be a Paid subscriber.
