Please shut down my account and refund me as I keep getting charged

    Hey team @Jotform,

           Th elast time I remember, I closed my account but I keep getting charged and got charged today as well. Not that I haven't even used the platform for months.

    Please, I would really appreciate it if you could close my account and refund me.
