It acknowledges a reset has been sent to this email adrdress, but nothing comes to the inbox. I have also checked junk.

The email address (mjbattistoni@comcast.net) is not in our bounce list. I checked the mail logs and I can see that the password reset instruction email was sent successfully.
Please contact your email provider and request them to add JotForm's IP addresses to their whitelist. You can see list of domains on this link: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
