I have info writte over my Jot Form that I would like removed..How to do this?

I am not 100% sure on what you want to do. Do you wish to remove some content on your form? If you want, then just login to your jotform account, click on the form you wish to edit and click Edit form. From there, you will be able to remove some contents on your form..
