- YlandaAsked on June 19, 2017 at 12:14 AMI tried to them email the form to myself and the studio email but it was saying 'opps you've reached your limit' I though it was because it was the email address so I changed it to another studio email. It said the same error. I changed it back to the original email address and paid for 1 month of the next package thinking this would solve the issue, but now its locking me out saying that my account is suspended!! Please help as I have families that require this link in order to sign and pay for new terms!

It seems you are replying / forwarding submissions form your form's submission page. Please note that we have replying / forwarding submissions limits which is 20 per day for free accounts and 100 per day for the paid accounts.
I did check your account and found that you have bronze subscription which gives you 100 reply/forward submissions per day. If exceed this limit, it will show "Oops reached your limits" error message. If the issue persists, I would suggest you to please use your email account where you must have received submission emails to forward submissions.
