Conditions not working?

Hello, I've set up a condition to use a certain email notification (Notification - ASEAN) when Country = Vietnam / Malaysia / Singapore / Indonesia / Thailand. However, when I did the test and chose Country = Vietnam, I received the email notification twice - one using "Notification - ASEAN" and one using "Notification - AU". 

What did I do wrong?

I cloned your form and tested it, and used the Vietnam option under the country list. However, I was not able to get any duplicate emails.
