User is being redirected to main form?

Hi,

I've followed the instructions but can't get the info to save.

I have created an auto responder email however, have set up so an email is sent but the user is redirect to the main form once the session id is created.

Hi Sarah,

I checked your account and I see you have two forms in setup for this. 

Form 1: MWG_User

Form 2: Building 'Save' Feature - MWG_Wedding Invitation

 

Your users are being redirected to Form 2 automatically because you have set the "Thank You" page in form 1 to redirect them. Here's a screenshot where to find that option:

 

If you do not want to redirect your users, you need to change that setting. Please also review the guide https://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-and-Continue-Later. You'll need to make sure that Form 2 will have ?session= appended in it's link and you need to pass a variable or an identifier from form 1 that will be used in the session URL, example is the email address entered by the user in form 1.
