    fields not appearing in completed form

    I started with a form template and added fields.  I previewed the form and completed all of the fields, but when I get the completed form by email, but the fields I added do not display in the message.  What did I do wrong?

    Let me please inform you that our system stop updating Notification Email Body once you change it.

    Your problem is caused by outdated {tags} in your Notification Email, for example, you have {occasion} tag instead of {whatIs}.

    The easiest way to solve the problem is just to create a new Notification. You will have all the default {tags} in that new Notification.
