Images not scaling on mobile?

    My header image and "thank you" page images are not scaling on mobile. They are showing up too large. 

    I've tried adding CSS to scale the width to 100%. Not sure what to try next!

    Update: I've fixed the thank you page, but the header image on the main form is still not scaling!
