Not receiving form submissions

    Hello,

    I have stopped receiving form submission email alerts.  When I first created the form in January of this year and up until now it worked great. I noticed in May and June the submission had gone down and when I went the your web site to down load the excel report it acutally shows there have been more submissions than I am receiving. However, for the month of July I have not received any at this time, but the excel report shows there have been 10 submissions. Could you please help me with the form submission issue so I can receive the form submissions by email when the visitor submits their information.

    I am having the exact same issue. I have also sent Jotform and email, Mine is www.revstreen.com. It seems I haven't been receiving them for almost 3 weeks.  I hope we resolve this issue soon. I am somewhat releived that I am not the only one having the issue.

    @Edward,

    Your mail server denied some notification email from us, so that our system placed your email address to the bounced list.

    Here is the log:

    Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 554-'Denied [5b2ef9f4.0.3990085.00-2237.6=
    016691.p01c11m106.mxlogic.net] (Mode: normal)'

    We have removed your email from the bounced list. It should solve the problem. Please monitor delivery from now.

    We are experiencing the same issue can you please help? We have a couple of forms that we use on different pages of our site and email templates.
