Hola buenos días el formulario que tenia activo desapareció el fin de semana yo había pagado la cuanta por un mes y toda vía no se cumple el mes, estoy teniendo problemas por esto, me podrían auxiliar o ver que paso.

Form that is embedded on the webpage you provided is created on account with username ivanyos. I have checked and that account is overlimit. Your account type is Bronze and with Bronze account you can receive up to 1,000 submissions per month. This month you received 1,023 submissions and because you went over the limit, your form is disabled.
You can upgrade your account to higher plan to get higher limits and to enable your form. You can find more about different account types on our pricing page.
However if you don't want to upgrade, you have to wait until your submissions counter resets to zero which will be on every first day of the following month.
