My jotform integration is set up but will not send my leads to Salesforce

    I have multiple Jotforms integrated with Salesforce and one of them will not pull my leads over. It says the integration is successful but I have no been able to get any of the leads over.

    Did you set the Vendor Application as a Picklist on your Salesforce leads field settings? I understand that this may be the case, but try replacing both Vendor Application and Lead Source to a dropdown field in the form then re-do the integration. Just keep the radio button fields so that you won't lose the existing data. 

    Everything seems set up correctly in the form, but the field type may be the problem.
