You can only hide the items in the Purchase Order tool with a custom CSS codes aside from removing it manually in the settings. If you mean to hide/show the items based on the condition. Unfortunately, it's not possible either. We also do not have an inventory function in all of the payment tools we have.
If you'll go with the custom CSS, please let us know the items that you want to hide so we can give you the codes to inject in the form.

kidorubyReplied on June 19, 2017 at 3:43 PMHello,
What would be your solution?
There are 6 different week/menus
As you can notice, the first part of the form is to identify the customer with if/then conditions, therefore making 6 forms (1 per week/menu) could be a pain if we have to add 6x3 conditions for one new client.
Also is there a way copy a module/element from one for to another form?
Thanks

You will have to create a custom payment form instead.
Use the regular fields to create the Menus so that you can use Condition Logic to show/hide them base on user's response.
Then you can just use the Payment field to capture the total amount/payment.

I hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
