Reply Emails FROM SUBMISSION FORM

    Hello,

I have asked the question multiple times and keep getting answers for other questions. From the submission form, when I hit reply to send the candidate an email - they are not receiving it. I have tested it multiple times and it never works.

This is how we tell a submission that they are rejected - PLEASE let me know if you understand the question and you can contact me via phone @ 646-430-2663; an email is NOT preferred.

    Regards,

    Melissa

We do not currently offer phone based support, however, we will be happy to help here.  The reply-to email address, is currently set to the "Email Address" field in your form:

This will send your notification email from our address but when you hit "Reply" from the notification email, it will send to whatever was entered in the "Email Address" field in your form.  This only applies when responding from the email notification, it has no affect on responding from the submission view:

When using the "Reply" feature from the submission view, it may use a different field or multiple fields from the form.  Using this feature requires a bit more attention to which address is being used and may require copying/pasting the correct address from the form data.
