What is this Upload you Private Key message?

I need to access one of the form submission and I can't successfully open it because it seems encrypted. What to do?

You have enabled encrypted forms:

Your submissions have been encrypted and the only way to access them is to provide your private key. You should check your "Downloads" folder (or any folder you can think of that might have it). The private key is usually called "jotform.key"

If you cannot find your private key you have two options:

#1. Disable encryption - note you will not be able to access the encrypted forms. Only new submissions since you disabled encryption.

#2. Create a new key pair to continue to use encryption - note you will not be able to access previously encrypted submissions.
