How do I downgrade my account?

    I went to account settings, and clicked on "switch subscription", and i clicked on "downgrade" (from premium to basic), and it took me to plimus and asked me for a username & password.  I've never had a username & password for Plimus.  My email doesn't work for "forgot password" - I'm confused. please help....could you please email me an answer to

    - thank you - it's important to me to not pay further monthly fees for the premium service which I no longer need.

    I have cancelled your subscription and put your account back to the Free subscription.
