I have turned encryption off and back on again so I can see forms already sent, but there is one that is still encrypted which I really need asap!

If you have turned off the encryption on your form and back on again, it will create a new private key. That new private key will not be able to decrypt the old submission data. So to be able to decrypt the old submission data, you need to upload the old private key if it still stored on your end.
You can find more info about encryption in this guide: Encrypted Forms and How to Use Them.
Regards.

You can turn the encryption off, but you will only be able to see the submissions received after you've turned the encryption off, any submissions received before then, will still require a key to be viewed.
