    Does it recount starting first of month RE: JotForm Account Almost Full

    Hi JotForm,

    Re: the email I received tonight (see below).

    I see that my counter currently has 1 of 100. Does it reset at the first of each month?

    So my account is okay now?

    Hi,

    Reset is made every first day of the month, thus, your account has been reset last August 1, 2012. Any submission after the said date will then add up to your submission's counter until it will be reset again on September 1, 2012, and so on.

    Hence, the quota on your account has been reset the forms are working fine. Once you log in to your JotForm account you will see that the counter is back to 0 reflected in the Account Status.
