Can I anonymise application forms on jotform?

I would like to run an anonymous initial application process. Can I anonymise forms yet still collect email addresses?

You should be able to do it, but please give us more information about what would you like to be anonymous from your form and should that be through Notifier or Autoresponder or both?

You could have an email field in the form that your users can fill and then when they fill the rest of the form all that information will come to your email address (the one you specified for the Notifier). 

Now, I'm not sure if you need some other information hidden or not if you can elaborate that more, please?
