We've been charged even if our account is already suspended

    We, have once signed up for an account with you, and without notice you suspended our account. We took it as you simply did not wish to work with us, and accepted it. We managed to find an alternative service provider and moved on.

    But now we noticed that you have charged our card again, a month after you took our money, and suspended our account, we can only take this as a fraud or please refund it, before we take it further.

    I have refunded the payment. Expect the refund returned to your card within 4-10 business days. 

    You have been suspended because your information in our system doesn't match the information in your form. If you are a staff of RBMV Bank, you should use the official bank domain instead of the free email address. Aside from this, your forms are good since they are integrated with Stripe, mainly as the payment gateway.
