Add Image (logo) on Visual Report

How do I upload image to add to visual report. There is only option to add a URL link.

You can add images to your report, simply click on the image icon:

And then click on the gear icon to change the URL source of the image, the only thing is that you'll have to upload your photos somewhere to get the link, you can't browse for them in your folders directly.
