When people are trying to pay through our website they get a message that there's been a payment error. The payment they are trying to make does isn't taken from their bank - I have checked Stripe and there's no 'failed payment' message

Have you tired re-setting the stripe connection details please? As sometimes you might need to refresh that. Can you please try doing that and confirm if the issue still persists?

Hello, I deleted the payment section on the form and made it again and I think that's worked, thanks!
