Browser tab wrong

I cloned or duplicated another registration form and changed everything, but the tab showing on the browser when it is opened is incorrect. It shows Rob Appell Class Registration rather than Suzi Parron Class Registration. How do I correct this?

Thank you!! It worked. I had vhanged it at the top, but not the bottom.
