Please re-activate my autosuspended account

    Could you please unlock my account. (I know I have a password field in the form, you are free to delete it)

    I have renamed the "Password" fields in some of your forms to "Access Key" then re-activated your account.

    I advise you to do the same for your existing and future forms, to avoid having your account autosuspended for violating our terms of use.

    Dear Peter,

    As far as I checked your account named "Verhoop", I have seen that your account has been still auto-suspended as you have requested login information (password) from your users in your forms.

    I couldn't find any situation that violates our Terms Of Use except the password fields . So that, I have deleted the password fields and white-listed your forms in order to re-activate your account. You can continue to use your account normally, now.
