Hello, I have recently taken over the jot form duties of the jot form account with the user name "bacwsupport".
I need to have new password made and sent to me, but I cannot do that at the moment.
How would I go about acquiring a new password?Page URL:

Email address of account with username bacwsupport is ch*********e@ax**********a.com.
If you have access to that account you can change password on profile page of that account. If you do not know password of that account you can request a password reset.
1. Go to jotform login page
2. Click on the login button on top
3. Click the "Forgot Password?" button
4. Provide your username or email, and click on send reset button.
However password reset email will be send to email address of that account. If you do not have access to that email address, I can only suggest you to contact the user how created that account and ask for account login details.

Forms that you provided are created on account with username wellis. Email address of that account is s******@e******l.com.
Account bacwsupport is sub account user of account wellis
