Do you mean the length of time between submission and notification? Under normal circumstances, it shouldn't be more than a few seconds. Are you not receiving notifications? If this is the case, try changing the Sender E-mail in the notification from E-mail to email@example.com (see this thread). It may also be a good idea to whitelist our JotMails IPs.
