We would like to create a Registration Form of our Wrestling Club. We need to be able accept payment, import the data to create spread sheets for league requirements.
Is this something Jot Form can help us with? We are a small non for profit club. Our registration numbers are 45 to 55 kids.
Thanks,
Trey Patterson

It is possible to create registration forms with JotForm.
Before you start creating your form, I would suggest you to register and create free account. You can use this link to signup: https://www.jotform.com/signup
This guides can help you to create your form:

You can also check our Template gallery:

You can also accept payments. You will have to use one of our payment tools. Inside of this articles you can find out more about payment tools and how to set payment form:

We also have Spreadsheet widget that you can use to display your data.
Please note that free accounts are limited to 10 payment submissions, per month. If you expect 45 to 55 payment registrations per month, you will need to upgrade your account to Bronze plan. With Bronze plan you can receive up to 1,000 submissions per month. More about different account types and limits you can find on our pricing page.
Considering that you run a non-profit organisation, you can apply for 50% discount.
