Why are html codes showing up on the purchase order data in google docs? Is there any way to remove them? they just showed up like that unlike the previous entry on the 1st row.

    Hi

This is a known issue with the form integartion to google spreadsheet when using the Purchase Order payment field.

There was already a ticket submitted for this to our dev team. I will have this thread included in the updates when new information about the progress is available.

For the meantime, as an alternative, you can use the Payal payment field. Using paypal field will display the 'product items' properly without the html codes.

Please inform us if you have further inquiry.

    Thanks.

    Hi Jonathan,

I can confirm that PayPal Pro also sends the table HTML, as described in the other post: it works on initial integration, but each subsequent form which is sent sends all the data containing HTML table code. I can send you an example if you need it.
