Why my account is charged again?

    I turned my subscription into free version yet i am still charged as a bronze user. I don't want to pay for this, even if i have to pay for this i will require refunds. If this ever happens again, i'm pulling charges.

    I checked your account and it wasn't charged this month. As you can see below from your invoices:
